A cookie is a very small text file placed on your hard drive by a Web page server. Cookies can save everybody time by allowing us to personalize pages and keep a record of the information that we have collected. For example, when you enter the site, and type in your online ID and password, we may be able to pre-populate certain Web site fields with information that has been collected and stored in a cookie.
